Jarien at 4 Months Old..

Here's an update of Baby Jarien at 4 months old!

He's (about) 6.9kg and measured a height of 62.5cm.

(oh dear.. Daddy and Mommy must implement more legs 'stretching' exercise for Jarien as he has not grown much in height as compared to a month ago)

Baby Jarien is very responsive and loves to smile and laugh alot.. much more than his Kor Kor Jerral.

He chuckles alot and laugh out real loud whenever Daddy, Mommy or Kor Kor play with him.

The little Baby also loves looking at people (a.k.a people watching), and especially his Kor Kor Jerral.. He loves to see his Kor Kor in motion and seems curious about his Kor Kor every moves.

The cheeky baby would also called out very loudly for attention when he's bored playing by himself. And if you should walk towards him, he would immediately put on his very best smile with a very innocent face.. asking you to carry him! ^-^

BB Jarien is able to hold his head upright steadily without bobbing motion when sitted upright (with Daddy or Mommy holding on to his body). Hopefully in no time, the little bb is able to sit by himself.

Oh.. he has strong legs too, he is able to stand on his own with just his parents holding on to his hands. In addition, he is able to maneuver around the whole house just by kicking out with his legs and pushing himself. In the morning when he wakes up, the little baby would always end up turned around with his head lying where his legs used to be.

Unfortunately, Baby Jarien is still not able to roll around from stomach to back or back to stomach. He's showing some signs of wanting to, but it's seems like he's too lazy to really make a big effort to flip (as what Daddy says).

Mommy is also trying to cut down Jarien's night feed (to once a night) or even trying to 'train' the baby to sleep through the night after several sleepless and tired nights for Mommy. The poor baby has been down with a very bad flu and cough for the last few months and keeps waking up crying for milk every 2 hours. The only time when Baby Jarien sleep through the night was while holidaying in Sydney, he slept from 9pm all the way till next morning 5am. Pray hard that the baby would learn to sleep through the night soon. ^-^
