Jarien turns 6 months on Feb 14th!
He weighs about 7.9kg and measures a height of estimated 64.5cm.
The cheeky little baby is trying to learn crawling now. He can get himself into a crawling position and edge himself forward. But that's that for the moment. Hopefully, with more practice, he will be a smooth crawler in no time.
Jarien loves people watching... especially Kor Kor Jerral, the 2 brothers have a fun time 'playing' and chuckling at each other. Kor Kor would usually be the one dancing or acting out, while baby Jarien would see and chuckle out very loudly.
The lil' baby is able to manoveur himself very well in the baby walker which Daddy has just got for him. Cruising around in the living area and into the kitchen (looking for Mommy).
He seems to like his Mommy more than Daddy.. (sorry Daddy *-^).
His eyes are on Mommy whenever she goes, and Mommy is usually the only one who is able to pacify the baby when he cries.
He shares some toys with Kor Kor now.
The lil' Baby knows how to 'play' some of his brother's toys...(i.e leapfrog spin-a-letter bought by Godma Flo sometimes ago for Kor Kor).
O.. and Baby Jarien started his semi-solid diet few weeks ago...
Mommy has given him Rice Cereal, Pumpkin Puree, Apple Puree and Pear Puree so far.
He loves pumpkin, apple and pear puree the best.. always finishing every bits of it and crying for more!
However, Mommy has decided to stop feeding him pumpkin puree as the baby does not seems to be able to digest it very well. He has been suffering from constipation for a couple of days after taking pumpkin puree.
