(pictures taken above are already in a recovery state with only a slight swollen nose)Well, back in July 28th, while Daddy and Mommy were up in Brisbane, Mommy got a call from Jerral's school informing her that the boy had a really bad fall during his class and had apparently hurt the bridge of his nose with a bad swell and was profusely bleeding from it.
These gave Mommy a really bad scare and luckily Daddy was with her at that time.
Daddy and Mommy rushed all the way back to Gold Coast to pick up the little one and send him to the Doctor right away.
It's really heartrending (for his parents) to see the little boy at school, with both his eyes swollen and red (from crying) and his almost dis-figured nose.
At the clinic, the Doctor suggested an x-ray on Little Jerral as his nose was pretty swollen at that moment.
Luckily, the boy (with Daddy's company) was pretty co-operative and even told Dad he has a special photo taken for his rather special nose.
Result of the X-ray came out in less than 30 mins.
Daddy and Mommy were relieved to know that the swell in Jerral's nose was caused by blood clot and not a broken nose. Phew...
But it's going to take at least a few weeks before Jerral's nose will be back to normal again.
The teacher commented that the little one has been running in class and apparently tripped and fell right on the edge of the table.
Regardless, this was not the first incident that has happened to the little one.
Just barely a week ago, he has tripped on a ball (while out in the fields playing football with his class) and landed with a bad cut on his eye's lid.
Really hope that this is the last of it.
