Come April 11th, Jerral turns 4.
Mommy would like to do a recap of the little one progress of what he has learned or did so far.
Jerral knows all his 26 alpahabet sounds (phonics) very well.
He is able to write A-Z, but still needs improvement.
Needles to say, he is able to write his name (JERRAL) as well.
He is able to read some basic 3 letters words (cat, fat, dog, ...) and is progressing well, Mommy hopes that he would be able to use his phonics skills to help him progress into 4 letters words soon.
Jerral can count from 1-30 but only remembers how to write 1-10, he still needs help in writing with numbers from 11-30.
He is able to do simple maths (addition).
Jerral does not seems to be interested in drawing, coloring and craft. The little one really needs some pushing and help in this area.
He is starting to converse with Daddy and Mommy in Mandarin as well.
He loves doing maze and Mommy used it as a reward for him after he is done with his schoolwork.
Jerral is totally fully potty trained (by age 3.5), he goes to toilet all by himself without any help at all, even at night.
He does not need any help in feeding anymore!
He seldoms nap at noon anymore, so Daddy and Mommy tries to let the boy sleep earlier at night (7.30pm).
It seems that the biggest changes in Jerral, he is finally over his Terrible 2 and Tyrannical 3!!
He is learning to take instructions from Daddy and Mommy, behaves much more better (although he still fights with Jarien over toys at times), adores his 2 babies very much (especially his baby sister), and even helps Mommy out at times.
