Day 5 of the trip. Daddy has lined up a morning visit to the Collingwood Children Animal Farm. Jerral, in particular, had a great time, getting up close and personal with pigs, goats, lambs, ponies and even managed to get a turn at milking a cow. The afternoon was then spent shopping at the Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Centre, though Mommy didnt really buy much.

Hungry Jerral starts chomping on the chopsticks holder while Mommy and Daddy are busy taking photos of the zha jiang mian.
Wo Tie, also quite good. Overall, the dumplings do live up to the reputation though the main dishes are only average.
After lunch, Mommy bought some sweet treats from a Turkish dessert shop and Jerral handpicked this chocolate rum ball.
Daddy and Mommy were strolling along the CBD when sirens started sounding and a host of fire engines swooped into a shop just in front of the street. Daddy and Jerral being very K'Po, checking out the action, which turned out to be a false alarm, because all the fire fighters sort of just milled around in front of the shop before pulling back after some 15 mins. Anti-climax !
Dinner at the so called Claypot King. To be honest, the name is over rated. The 'claypot' arrived within 10 mins of ordering, proof that the rice has been cooked and then simply scooped into a heated up claypot rather than being cooked in the traditional claypot style. Disappointing. The Lotus Root soup is pretty good though.
To make up for the disappointing dinner, Mommy and Daddy went to this spanish chocolate dessert shop, The San Churros, and ordered some heavenly post dinner treats. This churros with a dark belgian chocolate dip more than made up for the disappointment of dinner.
