The last day of the trip was the 12noon flight back to Brisbane. Unfortunately, on reaching the airport at 10am, Daddy found out that the flight had been delayed to 1630 due to 'technical problems'. As the flight time was still unconfirmed, Daddy and Mommy had to stay in the terminal and wait for updates and couldn't leave the airport at all. So Daddy and Mommy had to spend 6 hours trapped in the small domestic terminal waiting for flight confirmation. The two little boys though seemed to enjoy themselves running around the lounge area playing with other children and a few of the arcade machines in the lounge.
Lunch from one of the cafes in the lounge. At least the food was free as Tiger Airways provided lunch coupons due to the delayed flight.

Jarien enjoying some chocolate milk.In the end, Daddy and Mommy arrived home at about 8pm at night, some 6 hours later than planned. Definitely a bad ending to what had otherwise been a wonderful trip.

Oh my... din know that happened to you guys... anyway, it's Tiger Airways... I am not surprised 'cos we had one incident that they cancelled the flight without informing us until we reached the airport! Luckily they managed to put us on the next flight.
